Goodbye

Everybody hates the word goodbye.Goodbye has essence whether you believe it or not. It has ways to touch your heart. Don’t hate it but instead cherish it. Cause goodbye reminds us that everything ends.Everything fades even the most beautiful things like love.

It is already part of life. People come and go. Some say hello and we can't avoid those few that say  goodbye. Would you force them to stay if they want or need to leave? That is more painful.

Goodbye is the hardest thing to say. You say it against what your heart and mind tells. Sincerely said but in your heart it's a lie.  I think saying goodbye isn’t the hardest part, it’s what we leave behind that’s tough. We will try to hide the pain and the tears.

It's one of the saddest word yet one way of saying I love you. At times , we have to say goodbye because of love. We are willing to sacrifice our happiness for the benefit of the one we love. Sometimes, you have to let go to see if there was anything worth holding on to.

What important is we learn and grow as a person. We learn to say goodbye to meet again. We learn to let go to find again and we learn to move on to love again.

Beware of Dengue

Beware of Dengue

It is rainy season. It means dengue is coming. I heard on the news today that there are 80,000 cases of dengue this year.

What is Dengue?

Dengue fever (pronounced UK: /ˈdɛŋɡeɪ/, US: /ˈdɛŋɡiː/) and dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) are acute febrile diseases which occur in the tropics, can be life-threatening, and are caused by four closely related virus serotypes of the genus Flavivirus, family Flaviviridae. It is also known as breakbone fever, since it can be extremely painful. It occurs widely in the tropics, including northern Argentina, northern Australia, Bangladesh, Barbados, Bolivia, Belize, Brazil, Cambodia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, El Salvador, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Jamaica, Laos, Malaysia, Melanesia, Mexico, Micronesia, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Panama, Paraguay, The Philippines, Puerto Rico, Samoa, Western Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Suriname, Taiwan, Thailand,Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela and Vietnam, and increasingly in southern China.[Unlike malaria, dengue is just as prevalent in the urban districts of its range as in rural areas. Each serotype is sufficiently different that there is no cross-protection and epidemics caused by multiple serotypes (hyperendemicity) can occur. Dengue is transmitted to humans by the Aedes (Stegomyia) aegypti or more rarely the Aedes albopictus mosquito, both of which feed exclusively during daylight hours. Dengue fever is caused by Dengue virus , a mosquito-borne flavivirus.Dengue hemorrhagic fever is a severe, often fatal, complication of dengue fever. The mosquito transmits the disease by biting an infected person and then biting someone else.

Symptoms
Dengue fever usually starts suddenly with a high fever, rash, severe headache, pain behind the eyes, and muscle and joint pain. The severity of the joint pain has given dengue the name "breakbone fever." Nausea, vomiting, and loss of appetite are common. A rash usually appears 3 to 4 days after the start of the fever. The illness can last up to 10 days, but complete recovery can take as long as a month. Older children and adults are usually sicker than young children.
Most dengue infections result in relatively mild illness, but some can progress to dengue hemorrhagic fever. With dengue hemorrhagic fever, the blood vessels start to leak and cause bleeding from the nose, mouth, and gums. Bruising can be a sign of bleeding inside the body. Without prompt treatment, the blood vessels can collapse, causing shock (dengue shock syndrome). Dengue hemorrhagic fever is fatal in about 5 percent of cases, mostly among children and young adults.

 Treatment for Dengue

There is no specific treatment for dengue. Persons with dengue fever should rest and drink plenty of fluids. They should be kept away from mosquitoes for the protection of others. Dengue hemorrhagic fever is treated by replacing lost fluids. Some patients need transfusions to control bleeding. Most people who get dengue fever will recover in about 2 weeks to a month by getting plenty of rest, increasing fluid intake and taking acetaminophen (Tylenol) for fever and body aches. People with dengue fever should not take aspirin or medications that contain aspirin because it increases the risk for severe bleeding. I also read that drinking papaya juice will help. Papaya juice has cooling effect that can subside high fever. Get some papaya leaves, pounded them and squeeze the juice out .  Another is tawa tawa plant. Doctors here in the Philippines allow patients to drink it. Tawa tawa is a herbal plant that grows locally in the Philippines. Take five whole Tawa Tawa plants. Cut off the roots, then wash and clean. Boil Tawa Tawa in a pot of clean water. Pour the liquid and then let cool. Sip one glass three to four times a day.

How can dengue be prevented
  • Use mosquito repellents on skin and clothing.
  •  When outdoors during times that mosquitoes are biting, wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants tucked into socks.
  • Avoid heavily populated residential areas.
  •  When indoors, stay in air-conditioned or screened areas. Use bednets if sleeping areas are not screened or air-conditioned.
  • Clean up your backyard.Check your surroundings for stagnant water.
  • Eliminate mosquito breeding sites around homes. Discard items that can collect rain or run-off water, especially old tires.
  • Spray insecticide regularly.

WEEKLY MENU

Maghirap magtrabaho nakakapagod, nanakastress.
I came up sa idea ng gumawa ng weekly menu. Breakfast to dinner buong linggo.

Let's start na with our weekly menu. Here's mine. What's yours?

Quotes and Text Messages

These are quotes that I got from different sources.

"Never expect, never assume, never ask, never demand, just let it be coz if it's really meant to be it will happen the way you want it to be."

Positive multiplied with a negative is still a negative. MEANING: The right thing at the wrong time is still a wrong thing. Simple but true.

PERFECT is not when two persons are together. Its when both of them are opposite but in that way, they both complete each other.

Love when you’re READY, not when you’re LONELY.

One of the worst ways to miss someone is to be in a room full of people and yet feel lonely because the only person you want to see and long to be with is not there.

Ayoko na sa sarili ko… Sa’yo na lang ako, gusto mo?

HAPPY persons don’t have the best in life; they’re just good in making the best of everything that life brings along.

Let me tell you something about true feelings. Most of them deserve to be hidden.

There are things thats you don’t want to think of, but you can’t even forget it. There are things that you don’t want to continue, but you are afraid to end it. It’s just like you want to expect anything, but you’re still willing to wait.

Alam mo yung sayang? “TAYO YUN!

It’s not about having the perfect relationship. But it’s finding someone who matches you and would go through everything without giving you up.

LIFE’s little instructions:
1. Never tell a person who’s experiencing deep sorrow, “I know how you feel.” you don’t.
2. Never risk what you can’t afford to lose.
3. Once a year, go somewhere you’ve never been before.
4. Remember that the formula for great love is communication + respect.
5. When declaring your rights, don’t forget you responsibilities.
6. Remember that not gettig what you want is sometimes a strokeof good luck.

Should I blame love for making me think about that person everyday? Or should I blame that person for making me feel this way?

It’s not the arguments and the tears that signal the end, it’s the SILENCE.

You don’t need to do everything to be happy, you just need to take care of the person who’s making YOU happy.

People change. Usually, they change into everything they said they wouldn’t be.

Do you know why there are many heartbroken people in the world? Because when they fall in love, they always assume that the feeling is mutual and that’s where heartbreak begins. When they forget to draw the line between DREAMS and REALITY.

Three simple rules:
(1) If you do not Go after what you want, you’ll NEVER have it;
(2) If you do not ASK, the answer will always be a “NO”;
(3) If you do not STEP FORWARD, you’ll always be in the SAME place.
Learn to take risks. And see where your brave heart can take you.

Falling in love is never a decision. - always by chance
Staying in love is never a chance. - always by choice
And, falling out of love is never a choice. - always a decision

Wanting someone so unattainable is something that challenges us all. We put effort, we give unconditional love and we risk almost everything just to have that someone. But why is it that when we already have that someone clinging to us, we change? And all of a sudden, we realize that wasn’t love after all. It was just that rush and competitive side of us aiming for contentment.
Tapos ayun.

If someone who has a crush on you keeps staring and you can’t help but notice. Just tell him/her this: “Relax. Makikita mo pa ako bukas.

Fact: GIRLS have innumerable crushes but their hearts ONLY BELONG TO ONE GUY.

Why do they call it a crush? Because that’s how you feel when he/she doesn’t feel the same way in return.

    * A guy had a crush on this girl. He follows her wherever she goes. One day the girl noticed and asked the guy.
    * Girl: Why do you keep on following me wherever I go?
    * Guy: Because your so pretty and I think I'm falling in love with you.
    * Girl: Really? But you haven't met my friend yet. She's prettier than me and she's at your back.
    * The guy turned to his back but no one was there.
    * Guy: Are you making fun of me? There's nobody here.
    * Girl: No, but if you really love me you won't look back.

Life can be so unfair. Cooking a meal takes an hour but eating takes 5 minutes. Constructing a building takes a 6 months but blowing it takes 30 seconds. However, it is amazing that: A one-second smack on the cheek can make your day. A five-second glimpse of your crush can make your week. And a ten-second hug can take a one-year pain.

Do you know the reason why your crushes sometimes avoid you? neglect you? That because they don’t want to assume that a “perfect masterpiece” like you will admire people like them.

knino ka nturn off ahahah!!??

wanna say something?? \(^o^)/

A little boy was asked what forgiveness is. He gave a beautiful answer. “It is the fragrance that flowers give when they are crushed.

Pag hinabol ako ng crush ko… Syempre! Babagalan ko pagtakbo!

Every time I see my crush pass by, I always smile and tell myself: “He’s the one that I’ve been wanting all my life, but you’re still the only one that I’ve been longing for.

Life Goes On

I wrote this letter to myself  5 years ago when I was alone and down. I keep it and still reading it when I have problems and I feel better. If you are sad today.Feeling alone and no one to talk to.Then let’s browse and talk. Hope this article can help.

There’s a reason for everything. How and why things happen. Sometimes we may not like it.Don’t be upset.Instead look on the good side of it and you will feel better. We are all only focusing on the negative side.Remember one thing.God is always in control.Have faith and you will be stronger.

If you are hurt sige umiyak ka ng umiyak, ilabas mo lahat lahat, but you shouldn’t stop there. Wipe your tears and stand up. Life goes on.

If you are down this day it doesn’t mean na ganito ka din bukas at sa susunod pa mga araw..or forever. It depends on you. Don’t blame anyone cause you are the one responsible for that. You are the one managing your life unless you let others manipulate you.
Do what you want, be you areand  do what makes you happy. But be responsible of what you are doing. Make it sure that you are ready of the consequences.

Don’t live in the past. You can never return time.Things as they used to be.You are not God.Everthing changes. You must adapt on it or else mapag iiwanan ka ng panahon.

Everthing has its end.Even the most wonderful thing in the world may katapusan kahit nga ang mundo may katapusan.Ano pa yung isa bagay na bahagi lang nito..even you will die..

Don’t be afraid. Ano ba kinatakutan mo? to be alone? You are not alone, cause God is with you. He will never leave you. Everyone might but He is there always. It is not necessary to see Him but feel Him.

Wanna reach your dreams? Work hard for it. There’s no such thing as luck it is all perseverance. Focus on your dreams.Lage ka kase wala sa sarili.Know what you want and go for it. Don’t let anything blocks you.Go on the direction you want to go, no matter how difficult the way is.Remember to do it on the right way.

You are smart. It is not bad to use your brain sometimes.Maake your brain cells activate. Who will benefit from those..the earthworms when you die.. Wake up!!You are always mentally absent. It doesn’t help.

Don’t let your negative emotions rule your life. It distracts you and almost breaking you. You are always looking for someone who will make you feel complete. Ikaw lang ang makakabuo sa sarili mo. What if you don’t find that someone? Are you going to be miserable all your life?

Put God in the center of everything and everything will follow. Leave everything to God,your problems, your worries,sorrow,whatever..if you do that I promise you feel relieved. You will be happy. Gagaan ang pakiramdam mo.

Pasaway ka.Tumino ka nga,pwede ba???!!
