May mga taong paulit-ulit kang sinasaktan pero di mo maiwanan dahil umaasa ka pa ring balang- araw ay mamahalin ka ulit nila. Hanggang kelan ka magtitiis? Walang kasiguraduhan. May isang araw na lang na mapagtatanto mo na wala na talagang pag-asa na maibalik ang matamis at masarap na nakaraan. Ititigil mo ang kahibangan na ito at maguumpisang mahalin ang sarili. Pag tumawag ka,walang sumasagot o nakaoff ang phone. Nalowbat daw,di naririnig o naiwan sa bahay ang fon.

3.Ayaw daw sa yo ng parents nya.

4.Corny ang pagcecelebrate ng valentines day at monthsaries.

5.Pag sinabi mo ilove u, Wala syang response,walang kibo,dedma at parang walang narinig O iniiba ang usapan.

6.Pag tinanong mo kung may problema ba kayo, sasabihin nya masyado ka OA at madrama.

7.Wala syang time sa yo.Pag nagwowork,nagiging career minded.Busy sya lage sa work.Pag nag aaral pa,nagiging nerd at pag aaral ang priority nya. Madami daw assignments at projects sa school.

8.Palaging meron birthday party. Birthday ng kaibigan,kaklase,katrabaho,pinsan...kaibigan ng kaibigan..etc.Di nya masabi kagad ang pangalan ng may birthday.Mga 3-4 beses magbirthday ang taong iyon sa isang taon. Linggo-linggo o 2 beses isang ay meron okasyon syang dapat puntahan.

9.Nagiging close sa mga kamag anak. Dumadami ang contacts ng mga pinsan nya, tito at tita sa cellphone nya.

10.Nagiging tahimik.Ok,oo at hindi na lang nag madalas nyang sabihin. Hindi na sya nagkukuwento ng mga nangyayari sa buhay nya at parang wala din pakialam sa mga nangyayari sa buhay nya.

11.Hindi na sya nagagalit sa yo kahit na gawin mo yung mga ayaw nya at parang ala lang pag galit ka.

12.You are always taken for granted.Kahit na anong effort mo,mukaha effortless sa kanya.

13.Hindi na kayo nagdadate.Gastos lang ang date at para lang sa nagliligawan.

14.Nagising astronaut sya.Kelangan nya ng space.Masyado ka na daw nakakastress,nakakasakal.

At alam na kung ano ag kasunod...

15.Kelangan nya ng oras pag isipan ang relasyon nyo.Cool off daw.Consider it break up.

Minsan sa break up akala natin madali lang yun sa taong nakipagbreak.Mahirap din para sa tao kung paano sasabihin ,ipapaliwanag sa yo kung bakit kung pano kayo dumating sa paghihiwalay. Madalas kase sa sarili nila hindi din nila maipaliwanag kung ano ang nangyari. Siguro hindi na sila masaya at iniisip nila hindi ka din magiging masaya kung ganun ang nararamdaman nya.Madalas iniisip din nila kung ano ang mararamdaman mo at paano mo tatangggapin.Ayaw din nila makasakit ng damdamin na hindi naman maiiwasan.

And the next thing you have to do is move on. Kung sa palagay mo ay ginawa mo na ang lahat. Wala sa yo ang problema. Meron pa mas deserving ng pagmamahal mo. Mahalin mo naman nag sarili mo at wag mawalan ng pag asa dadating din ang taong para sa yo.

I Love Pasta

Do you love pasta but don't know how to cook ?

I just want to share my quick step pasta recipe.

Beef and Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients:
6 gloves garlic
1 pc onion minced
1/4 up ground beef
1/4 canned sliced mushrooms
200 g spaghetti

Cook spaghetti noodles.
1.Boil 2 liters of water. Put 1/2 tbsp. salt and 1 tbsp. of cooking oil.
Add spaghetti to boiling water.
2.Boil for 8-9 minutes. Stir occasionally from sticking. Do not overcook.
3.Drain and wash with cold or running water.

Beef and Mushroom Sauce
1.Saute garlic, onion and beef in 2tbsp oil until beef turns brown.
2.Add mushroom.You can  also add hotdogs, ham  or bacon strips.
3.Add spaghetti sauce.
Add salt, pepper to taste
You can also add cream and sugar.
4.Simmer over lo heat for 5 minutes.

Pour over cooked spaghetti and add grated cheese.

Very easy. You can prepare your own beef and mushroom pasta in 20 minutes.

This is a very sad song fom code red.

I was lolo and lola's girl. They passed away year 2007. This song reminds me of them. 

It was a regret , I never told how much I love them and how thankful I am for everything they did for me. That was my greatest regret in my life. How I wish I have done something in return for their love and sacrifices. I was caught in between my responsibilities as a daughter, a sister and a granddaughter. 

To Nanay Tita and Mamay Ute,"I asked for your forgiveness several times for not being there when you need me. I hope you understand. I was so helpless that time. My heart was breaking seeing you in pain and I couldn't do anything. I didn't want to see you dying. "

November when my Nanay Tita died and December Mamay Ute followed.It's Christmas time but I was overwhelmed with grief.

I know everything has it ends like life. Your memories will be here forever in my heart. I hope to see you again after life.

I really like the lyrics of this song.

What is a perm?
A permanent wave, commonly  called a perm, is the chemical  and/or thermal treatment of hair  to produce waves, curls or  straight hair.

A perm isn’t necessarily the  best choice for everyone who  wants body and curl in their  hair.

Is perm for you?
 Perm equals volume. Evaluate the shape of your face  before getting a perm.
Square - Soften the sharp edges  and angles of the face with  muted layers and rounded  hairstyles.  Try a side-swept  fringe worn with long layered  waves that play up cheekbones. 

Rectangle - Add body and volume  along the sides.  Avoid wearing  tresses long and stick straight  or it will add unwanted length  to the face.

Face shape that is long and  thin.
Perms work best on hair that has  not been colored and not  damaged.
If your hair is  dry,brittle,colored or  highlighted, perm is not  recommended for you.

Maintenance after the perm is  also key to keeping a perm frizz  free and keeping your hair  healthy. The industry is full of  hair products that have been  formulated with permed hair in  mind.Hair perms also require a  bit of extra care. Keeping hair  well-conditioned and moisturized  is crucial, so if you live in a  desert-like climate, anticipate  extra 'spritzing' and moistening  of hair to maintain curls. Also,  plan on using a little product  after washing and conditioning  to enhance the curls and control  any frizz.

How to Decide To Get A Perm Or Not
Before getting a permanent perm  see first what you look like  with a perm. You can try a temporary perm.

1.You can use perm rods. Roll  your hair in the perm rod  without perm solution.
2.Braid your hair overnight.
3.Use curling iron.

Perm looks good but it is not  for everyone. You have to  consider your face shape,  hair type, hair length and  maintenance.
